DEMOLITION OF 472 CHILD STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT PHASE II IN WARREN, RI

The Bristol County Water Authority is seeking sealed Bids for the Demolition of the 472 Child Street Water Treatment Plant in Warren, RI.  Bids will be received by the BCWA until 11:00 AM prevailing time on June 11, 2026, at their office at 450 Child Street, Warren, RI 02885, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and labeled as required in Part 6.2 A. of the Instructions to Bidders.  All Bids must be submitted on the form in the Contract Documents and clearly marked:  Demolition of Child Street Water Treatment Plant – Phase II.  Prospective Bidders are asked to attend a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM prevailing time to be held at the BCWA office at 450 Child Street, Warren, RI.  Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired or requiring handicap-accessible facilities should call the BCWA at (401) 245-2022 a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the Pre-Bid Conference.  All work under this contract is subject to the prevailing wage rate of the State of Rhode Island. Certified payrolls will be required to be submitted for all work under this contract.
